Avocado Stuffed Deviled Eggs

INGREDIENTS
6 hard boiled eggs cut in half lengthwise
1/2 avocado peeled and pit removed and mashed
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
Smoked paprika to sprinkle on top
1/4 cup green onion, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Carefully remove the yolks from the hard-boiled eggs. Put the yolks into a large bowl and place the egg halves onto a serving platter.
2. Add the avocado, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, and salt to the yolks and mash until smooth. Using a spoon fill the center of each egg half.
3. Sprinkle the top of each egg with a little bit of smoked paprika and green onions. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
